She is sending me to some hermit who is apparently an expert alchemist. She gave me 200 septims to pay for the potion, but she did warn me he may be difficult to convince. Arkyon has been kind to me, I feel obligated to at least try to help save his life.

He needs some kind of special root called a tango root. Without the tango root he cannot make the needed potion. Now I have to figure out a way to get two of these roots from a group of pirates so he can make the cure. What a piece of work this guy is, a real humanitarian.
