Our operative Berra Gaunt was sent to Skingrad to oversee the use of an existing gambling den and fight club as a source of quick profit. Early indications were that this operation would be very successful, despite the continued race treason of the so called Count. His stubborn refusal to join us, will be paid for one day. <br>

For now, fear of exposure of his and his wives condition means he will remain silent as long as we do not engage in open war, but that time is soon. <br>
<br>
However, the appearance of the Champion of Cyrodiil was the catalyst for failure. We were unprepared and Berra Gaunt was too arrogant in her assumption that she could control the situation. The Champion is a loose cannon and cannot be so easily controlled. We must ensure that we remain vigilant and discrete until the war is brought crashing down on the warm bloods heads.<br>
