I cannot in all conscience allow another moment to pass without informing you of my disappointment and misgivings concerning your recent decision to name Sister Kilvannen as your successor. <p>
It seems to me the only qualifications she displays is a desire to curry favor with you. She appears to be your lap dog, always willing to agree with you regardless. <p>
I am also deeply upset that despite my years of service I was overlooked for a relative newcomer. I have served this community for eight years and believe that I have displayed the skills need to lead this congregation forwards. <p>
I know we have not seen eye to eye on many issues, but surely a healthy debate is essential in such a closed order.<p>
I will find it hard to follow Kilvannen and in all conscience could not bring myself to encourage others to do so. <p>
Kilvannen is without merit and devoid of any ideas of her own.<p>
