<DIV align="left">Where is Eyja you might ask? Eyja can be found at Colovian traders or sometimes romaing the streets near it. On occasion she goes to the three sisters lodge. <br>
<br>
In order to hire eyja as your maid, first you must purchase the house Rosethorn Hall. To do so, you must have a fame of at least 16. Talk to the orc butler Shum gro-Yarug. He can be found at the Castle and he also wanders into Colovian traders quite a bit. As with any house purchase, you must raise his disposition enough before he will sell you the house.<br>
<br>
After you buy the house, then you have to buy all the furnishings. Talk to Gunder at Colovian traders and buy them from him. Then talk to Eyja and hire her through dialogue.<br>
<br>
Once she gets to Rosethorn hall, you can try to romance her. She will resist your efforts and be resentful since she explicitly said she is there to work around the house.<br>
<br>
The next step is to talk to Gunder at Colovian Traders. He knows Eyja well enough to give you some clues. He tells you to buy her a copy of The Lusty Argonian Maid. Not just any copy though, it is a special edition only found at the book store in Imperial City. Travel there and buy the book, and return to Eyja and give her the book through dialogue.<br>
<br>
Once you have given Eyja the book, you must wait for her to read it. She reads during the week (not weekends!) at 8 pm. She reads at the table on the 2nd floor. Follower her up there and witness her reading and that will warm her up for the next quest.Talk to her after you get the quest pop up and it will tell you to get her flowers.<br>
<br>
The flowers can be bought in Bruma, from Skjorta. Make sure Skjorta is in her shop, she's a drunk and likes to wander out a bit at night, so wait until she is in her shop, and buy them from her store inventory, at the bottom of the list. (you may have to scroll down). Take the flowers back to eyja and that warms her up to the idea of dating you.<br>
<br>
Now there should be a "Lets go horse riding" option. Ask Eyja to go horse riding, and then she will go put her riding gear on at her wardrobe, and she will follow you. Take her to the Skingrad stables where her horse is. Both of you must be on horseback before the quest can truly begin. Take her to the old bridge, and wait for a quest pop up. It should say you should wait and enjoy the view. Remain on horseback (both of you) and she will ramble about the sunset and things through idle conversation for about 20 seconds or so of real time (not waiting through menu wait). You have to stay on top of the old bridge the whole time. Then the quest update will occur, telling you to go back to skingrad. Go to the stables (inside the fenced in part) and the quest should complete, and Eyja will go home on her own.<br>
<br>
Next you can take eyja out for dinner by talking to her. She gives you a list of things she wants to take her out to dinner. Go to the Counts Arms in Anvil and get a reservation made for dinner. Talk to Wilbur and buy the reservation through speaking dialogue. You might have to raise his disposition to a certain level before he will offer you the reservation.<br>
<br>
Now go to Imperial City and buy her a formal dress to wear from Palonira. It's a special gown and is purchased through speaking dialogue, not the normal trade menu. Take the dress back to Eyja and she will be delighted. Now you can take her to dinner.<br>
<br>
Dinner Date. Tell Eyja you want to go to dinner through dialogue. She might reject you if you are not wearing nice expensive clothing, so make sure you have something nice on, like upper class clothing and nice jewelry works too. Expensive armor could work too, but ruins the mood in my opinion. Fast Travel to Anvil and go to the counts arms. Eyja will sit down at the table there once you get inside. Join her by sitting down. Eyja will make small talk and eat while you sit there, in real time for a bit. Once she says everything, the quest will update and she's ready to go home. Fast Travel back to Skingrad and go to Rosethorn Hall.<br>
<br>
Once inside, You can make your move. Ask Eyja to come upstairs. There will be a little argument or heated discussion where Eyja's true feelings finally come out. Once the dialogue is completed, Eyja will go downstairs and change into some sexy lingerie for you, and she'll head upstairs to the master beadroom. Meet her up there. She will tell you to get naked. Remove all swords, armor, rings, jewelry, etc, and then she should say "oh my" or something like that and lay down on the bed. Sleep in the bed with her, and you'll see a quest update saying you and Eyja made love.<br>
<br>
Companionship. After making love to Eyja, new options open up. You can talk to her directly and get her to adventure with you, go on more dates, or sleep in your bed for more love making pleasures.<br>
<br>
Companionship: Eyja will wear anything you put in her "adventure" drawer. By default she has Elven Armor and an Ebony Sword. You can put whatever you want in there and she will use it.<br>
<br>
Dating: Use the Formal Drawer for dating. By default (after the dinner date in Anvil) Eyja's hair down wig is in there, and her fancy sequins dress. You can put whatever you want in there as well, and she will wear it. Less options are available in dating mode though, she won't sneak, use a torch or be ready for battle like she is in Adventure mode.<br>
<br>
Sexy: Eyja will put on whatever is in her Lingerie Drawer and go upstairs and sleep in bed. Wake her up and tell her to go about her business and she will continue normal activities.<br>

General tips:<br>
Don't mess with Eyja when she is on her way to use her wardrobe.<br>
Don't mess with her wardrobe until after the quests are over.<br>
I've put some romantic music into the mod, make sure you have music on when playing it. You can replace these mp3's with whatever you like though. The bedroom music plays every time eyja is up there.<br>
