He tells me that the creatures took the Stone with them. He believes that the creatures live in the Ayleid ruin of Sedor. Sedor can be found by heading directly east from the fork in the road that is a bit further south. If I pass by a runestone and Red Ruby Cave then I am headed in the right direction.
