I agreed to help lead him to safety as his brother must be worried about him. I have to escort him into the town of Bravil.

He asked me to lead him to safety, but my orders were to kill everyone inside Bloodrun Cave. So that's what I did. I can head back to Ja'Fazir and report my success now.
