It can be found by taking the road west out of Leyawiin and heading north until I reach the town of Water's Edge. The entrance to the cave is to the north west of Water's Edge. The Black Bow Bandit recruiter can be found directly south of Rockmilk Cave at the Blackbow Outpost.
