She did recall Captain Eradum visiting the Hotel but he spent the entire time at the front desk trying to ask her out on a date. If he lost a ring there, she would have found it already. She said I should check at the Foaming Flask.

Ernest distrusts Narothiel and thinks he could have found the ring, or even stolen it for that matter right off Eradum's finger. He said he didn't know where Narothiel was but had heard rumors that he lived in the sewers underneath Talos Plaza. Oh great...
