He can still make the arrows for me, but he cannot enchant them without recharging his Magic Stone. I must find the small blue stone he speaks of in order to enchant the arrows. Unfortunately, I don't have much to go on; all he knows is that it rolled down a hill, and may have even reached as far as the Silverfish River...
