The Countess has noticed a young Goblin is trying to take over the 3 Feathers Goblin Tribe in Plundered Mine East of Bruma. The Countess has enjoyed a peaceful if distant relationship with the old Chief and would like it to continue.

You are to go to Plundered Mine and kill the Rebel Goblin to ensure continued peace exists between Bruma and the 3 Feather Goblins.
