I should probably visit the other stables in Cyrodiil and see what else I can find out. I don't think I'll be able to come up with a proper conclusion before having visited them all. I have a suspicion that the thief is Khajiiti but there may well be an Orc behind it. I'll try searching the Imperial City stables again, maybe there's something in the interior. I have my doubts about that Snak!
