<DIV align="left">The residents of Skingrad are living in fear. Fear that a loved one will disappear. Skingrad is a city that prides itself on its security, yet neither the castle or the guards have been able to respond to an epidemic of vanishing citizens. Some even fear the guards may in some way be involved in these disappearances. Of course there is no evidence to suggest this is true. In fact there is precious little evidence at all.
<p>
The first to go missing was long time resident Nerastarel. He was reported missing by Falanu Hlaalu, owner of All Thing's Alchemical, where Nerastarel was a frequent customer. Despite having no formal position within the Mage's Guild, Nerastarel was a known dabbler in spell making and enchantments. An unnamed source at the castle, confirmed that they believe he may have carried out one experiment too many. They did suggest that they have good evidence to back this up but were unwilling to go further.

But more vanishing's have followed. In fact, through a series of interviews and an in-depth investigation, the Black Horse Courier has learned that as many as four other people have joined the ranks of the missing.
<p>
Where for example is Tamika's husband Robet gone. A frequent visitor to the Arena in the Imperial City, Robet has not been seen for weeks. Tamika might not want him found. "Good riddance to bad rubbish", she told reporters, but he has to be somewhere.
<p>
Then there is the visitors who have gone missing. Agnete the pickled, will surely want to know where her cousin Hamner has gone to. Certainly young Valmar Sextius must be wondering about the stunning Berra Gaunt and where she has disappeared to. The fashionable lady about town, drank her last expensive bottle of wine at the West Weald inn and now she is nowhere to be found.

Finally there is the latest victim. Cameron Garland. Yes, the same Cameron Garland who famously won 10,000 septims on a single match at the Arena. Here in Skingrad on a 'business' trip, he was a guest at the Two Sister's Lodge. He was in a buoyant mood at the start of his stay, but gradually he became more morose and agitated. Finally he was gone. Just like that.
<p>
Five strong healthy adults in their prime have vanished from the pristine streets of Skingrad. Five families in ruins. One great mystery unsolved.
<p>
Rumors abound that an outside investigator may be hired. In the meantime, however, most Skingrad residents remain fearful.
