Apparently he already has a plan of how to defend Hilda the Alchemist from the Dark Brotherhood. We are to head to Capstone Cave in order to make a stand there.

Apparently he is a member of the Dark Brotherhood and was planning on killing Hilda the Alchemist. He attempted to convince me to go along with his plan but I refused. Now I will need to kill both him and the other assassin.
