<FONT face=1>After buying a patch of land south of Bruma, and securing the help of a Telvanni refugee, the Stranded Light is proud to announce a new outpost. The first one, even! Bordering on county Bruma to not violate any orders, the new outpost now allows access to the Guild Guide network. And it serves as a shelter for travellers on the long and lonely track between Bruma and Chorrol - or Bruma and the Imperial City.<p>
Also it brings some flair of Morrowind's east to Cyrodiil: As a non-profit organisation the Stranded Light doesn't operate to create vast amounts of gold, therefore there was no money to build a house. Instead thanks to a Dunmer wished to remain in anonymity a giant mushroom was grown, which holds the new outpost.<br>

<div align="left">The location of the outpost - at the Orange Road, where a trail leads directly to Bruma - was chosen to be as near to Bruma as possible. It will make it far easier for people to reach Cyrodiil's most northern city, enabling the same service that already enjoys great popularity for the rest of the country. Additionally, as Kanaane has pointed out, it allowed the Stranded Light to create a place for a few of it's new members. Merendin was beginning to become too crowded. One of those now residing near Bruma, Urenvre, is even a survivor of Kvatch. Through the magic she's now offering to the public she was able to save herself and a few fellow citizen, although she wishes to not be remembered about the events constantly.
