FormID: 01002007 HCDuellist 10 0 Ignatius has recommended a man named Bodean Monsey as an ideal candidate for the blacksmith position at Hoarfrost Castle. He would provide repair and arms and armour trading services for the castle guardsmen and myself. According to Ignatius, Bodean is apprenticed at the Anvil Castle smithy, but feels somewhat limited there (perhaps because he is apparently already a very gifted smith).
FormID: 01002007 HCDuellist 20 0 Ignatius was right about stumbling across a housekeeper for the castle. Bodean's lover is a servant girl at Anvil Castle called Vilene; and he says they would both be glad to come work at Hoarfrost Castle (Bodean as the blacksmith and Vilene as the housekeeper and cook) - provided I can get them away from the 'vile' Adviser Valgus. Valgus enjoys duels to the death as a sport, and Bodean suggested using this as a way to kill him legally. He said to talk to Vilene about this Valgus man if I wish to help them.
FormID: 01002007 HCDuellist 30 0 Vilene says she would love to work at Hoarfrost Castle as a housekeeper and cook - and as a general merchant in charge of trading supplies with nearby towns, as well! Valgus has to be eliminated first, however, and she hinted strongly that I should get him alone at the Anvil lighthouse - where he takes his nightly walk (leaving from the Dining Hall at 10pm). She suggested searching Valgus' private quarters for his diary - and any vulnerabilities it might reveal - if I still want to try to provoke him into a duel.
FormID: 01002007 HCDuellist 40 0 I have succeeded in provoking Valgus Hertarian into proposing a duel to the death. He has told me to meet him in the Anvil Castle courtyard immediately: this is where the duel will take place.
FormID: 01002007 HCDuellist 50 0 Adviser Valgus Hertarian is dead. With him no longer standing over them, Bodean and Vilene are now free to leave Anvil Castle and come work for me at Hoarfrost Castle. I should give Bodean the news.
FormID: 01002007 HCDuellist 100 0 I have informed Bodean of Adviser Valgus' death. As promised, he and Vilene will now come work for me at Hoarfrost Castle. Bodean says they will leave Anvil Castle shortly, and meet me at Hoarfrost Castle. I'm sure that once they arrive, Steward Ignatius will show them to where they will live, and where they will work: Bodean in the smithy - in the lower west wing - and Vilene in the kitchen - also in the lower west wing.
