I have found that 16 units of grapes and grains seems to be the perfect ratio when brewing my spirits. I have always had a particular taste for ale, and I always use the wheat grains from the garden, though I suppose any normal wheat grains would suffice.

To start the brewing process, I place 16 units of wheat grain into the brewer as the base for the ale. I also like to add one pumpkin to add flavor, and one unit of dried rice grain to compliment the wheat.

I then let it brew for about a day or so, and I am able to get about 16 bottles of ale out of it. I usually keep 10 bottles around for my patrons, and sell or drink the remaining six on the side.

Now, my wine is something of a unique concoction, but considering how many varieties of wines there are in Cyrodiil alone, I'd venture to say that mine is some of the best. Again 16 units of grapes are placed within the wine press to make up the base. I also crush a dried tobacco leaf and one unit of blackberries to add an extra flare to the grape juice.

I then take the 16 buckets of juice and pour it into the aging barrel to ferment for about a week or so, and then I have 16 bottles of high quality wine that can beat anything made in Skingrad.
