Yesterday Vivian's sister died. What a mournful event... killed by the same disease that quenched the life of my beloved son Restius.
I have been working hard in the past few months to find a cure, and at last I manage to get some results. Alas it's way too late to save the people I loved, but I can still save the lives of many others.
Tomorrow I will go the Imperial City in order to talk to Doctor Rysal Dres, I am sure he can give me useful suggestion on how to refine the recipe of the medicine I have made. If he will no see reasons for side effects I will then make my finding public.

Today I spoke to Doctor Dres, he did not notice any possible side effects for the ingredients I have used and congratulated with me for my finding. He also has a friend who suffers from the same disease that killed my son and my wife's sister.
Now that person will be finally able to recover.
Doctor Dres said that I am talented and that I should keep working also on the making of other medicines. I think I will.

昨日は妻Vivianの姉が亡くなった。胸が痛む…。愛する息子Restiusの命を奪ったのと同じ病だ。
この数か月間、治療法を求めて死に物狂いだったが、ようやく一定の成果を得るに至った。ああ！確かに愛する家族を救うには手遅れだった。しかし、これから救える命はまだあるはずなのだ。
明日Imperial Cityに出立し、Rysal Dres先生に会いに行こうと思う。彼ならばきっと薬の処方箋の改善について有益なアドバイスをくれるはずだ。先生の見立てで副作用が無いと判明したら、研究成果を公表しよう。

Dres先生とお話しした。調剤に用いた原料から言って、副作用の心配は無いそうだ。また彼は、私から息子と義姉を奪った病気に同じく苦しんでいる患者がを紹介するともおっしゃっていた。
今ならきっと彼を助けることが出来る！
先生は私の事を才能があると言ってくれた。製薬の研究を続けるべきだ、とも。ああ！もちろん私はそうするつもりだ。
